摘 要:受安装技术影响,双列角接触球轴承安装过程中存在不对中情况,轴承刚度会受其影响。针对双列角接触球轴承,提出了一种含轴承不对中的双列角接触球轴承拟静力学模型,并进一步分析不对中分别与滚道曲率半径系数、间隙和预载荷等结构参数耦合时对刚度的影响。结果表明:随着不对中角度的增大,轴承的刚度逐渐减小;当不对中存在时,随着外滚道曲率半径系数增大,轴承的轴向刚度和角刚度逐渐减小,而径向刚度略有增大;轴承刚度随着内滚道曲率半径系数的增大而减小;随着轴向间隙的增大,轴承的轴向刚度和角刚度逐渐减小,径向刚度逐渐增大;随着径向间隙的增大,轴承的径向刚度和角刚度会有所减小,而同时轴向刚度略有增加;轴承刚度随着预载荷的增大而增加。There is misalignment in the installation process of double-row angular contact ball bear⁃ings affected by the installation technology,which will affect the bearing stiffness.Therefore,a qua⁃si-static model of double-row angular contact ball bearing with bearing misalignment is proposed in this paper.Based on the proposed model,the influence of misalignment coupled with raceway curvature radius coefficient,clearance and preload on stiffness is further analyzed.As the results show:with the increase of the relative inclination angle,the stiffness of the bearing will gradually decrease.When the misalignment exists,with the increase of the radius of curvature of the outer raceway,the axial stiffness and angular stiffness of the bearing decrease gradually,while the radial stiffness increases slightly;with the increase of the radius of curvature of the inner raceway,the stiffness of the bearing decreases grad⁃ually;with the increase of axial clearance,the axial stiffness and angular stiffness of the bearing de⁃crease gradually,while the radial stiffness increases gradually;with the increase of radial clearance,the radial stiffness and angle stiffness of bearing decrease lightly,while the axial stiffness increases lightly;bearing stiffness increases with the increase of preload.
