摘　　要：建立生态产品价值实现机制,是深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想、践行“两山”理论的重要举措。本研究提出了通过生态产品价值实现机制促进乡村振兴的实施路径,同时指出应健全生态产品价值实现推进机制,以生态环境保护者受益、使用者付费、破坏者赔偿为导向,营造各方参与生态环境修复保护的良好氛围,探索将GEP核算结果适时纳入各地区高质量发展综合绩效评价体系,拓宽农民就业和增收渠道,推动共同富裕,助力乡村振兴绿色发展。Establishing a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products is an important measure to thoroughly implement the ideology of Ecological Civilization and practice the"Two Mountains"theory proposed by Chairman Xi Jinping.This study proposes an implementation path to promote rural revitalization through the value realization mechanism of ecological products.Promoting the value realization mechanism of ecological products should guide by the benefits of ecological environment protectors,user payments,and compensation for spoilers,create a good atmosphere for all parties to participate in ecological environment restoration and protection,and explore the timely integration of GEP accounting results into the comprehensive performance evaluation system for high-quality development in various regions,expand employment and income channels for farmers,so as to promote common prosperity,and facilitate rural revitalization and green development.
