鹰嘴豆芽素A分子印迹聚合物制备及其在降香叶中的应用

摘  要:采用沉淀聚合法,以鹰嘴豆芽素A(biochanin A,BCA)为模板分子,1-乙烯基吡啶(1-vinylimidazole,1-viny)为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,EDMA)为交联剂,制备鹰嘴豆芽素A分子印迹聚合物(biochanin A molecularly imprinted polymers,BCA-MIPs),将其用于分离降香叶中BCA。结果表明:BCA与1-viny之间通过氢键相互作用;当BCA、1-viny及EDMA摩尔比为1∶2∶10时,BCA-MIPs最大吸附量为6.52 mg/g,且在340℃以内较稳定;斯卡查德分析显示BCA-MIPs形成一种结合位点,吸附性能符合准二级动力学方程,且对BCA选择性强;将BCA-MIPs用于固相萃取的填料,上样后,经4.19 mL甲醇洗涤,34.90 mL甲醇与乙酸(体积比9∶1)洗脱,BCA-MIPs对降香叶中BCA分离效果最佳,可重复利用9次。The biochanin A molecularly imprinted polymers(BCA-MIPs)were prepared via the precipitation polymerization with biochanin A(BCA)as the template molecule,1-vinylimidazole(1-viny)as the functional monomer,and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA)as the cross-linking agent.The prepared BCA-MIPs were then used as the solid phase extraction filler for the separation of BCA from Dalbergia odorifera leaves.The results showed that BCA interacted with 1-viny by hydrogen bonds.When the molar ratio of BCA,1-viny,and EDMA was 1∶2∶10,the obtained BCA-MIPs showed the maximum adsorption capacity of 6.52 mg/g and the thermal stability within 340℃.The Scatchard analysis showed that the BCA-MIPs formed a binding site and possessed a strong recognition ability for BCA,with the adsorption performance conforming to a pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.After the loading of BCA-MIPs,the sample was washed with 4.19 mL methanol and eluted with 34.90 mL methanol and acetic acid(volume ratio:9∶1).The BCA-MIPs achieved the expected effect on the separation of BCA from D.odorifera leaves and could be reused for 9 times.
