摘　　要：基于中国知网(CNKI)期刊资源总库为检索数据源,借助CNKI文献计量分析及Citespace可视化分析软件分析了近10年国内3~6岁学龄前儿童视力情况的相关研究文献,发现发文量呈稳定但略有起伏的状态,高频关键词包括“弱视”“近视”“屈光不正”等,研究热点聚焦在“弱视”“近视”等视力问题,以及“电子产品”“营养不良”等影响视力的因素分析,作者与科研机构的合作比较少。学龄前儿童视力相对于中小学有其特殊性,在视力筛查和诊断的过程中要综合考量。使用电子产品的低龄化让学龄前儿童面临近视风险,需要提前介入指导。未来针对学龄前儿童视力问题的研究将聚焦于跨领域合作和多方协同参与。Based on CNKI Chinese and English journals as data sources for retrieval,CNKI bibliometric analysis and Citespace visualization analysis software were used to conduct relevant research on the visual acuity of 3~6 year old preschool children in China in the past 10 years.We find that the number of publications on vision research for preschool children in the past decade has remained stable but slightly fluctuating;high frequency keywords include amblyopia,myopia,refractive error,etc;research hotspots focus on visual problems such as amblyopia and myopia;as well as analysis of factors affecting vision such as electronic products and malnutrition.Currently,there are relatively few collaborative networks between research authors and research institutions.Preschool children’s vision has its unique characteristics compared to primary and secondary schools.In the process of vision screening and diagnosis,comprehensive consideration should be taken.At the same time,the use of electronic products at a younger age also puts preschool children at risk of myopia,requiring early intervention and guidance.Future research on preschool children's vision issues will focus on cross disciplinary cooperation and multi-party collaborative participation.
