摘  要:非球面单焦点眼镜片是目前市场上最普及、销售量最大的镜片。分析几种批量化模具制造的单焦点镜片存在的戴镜不适的原因,摸索优化设计批量化单焦点镜片的低像差技术方法。通过实验验证发现,该方法能够降低人眼自身像差与镜片设计面型叠加形成不良像质的风险,提高多数人群的戴镜舒适度和适应性,尤其对于近视高光度和高散光人群有更明显的效果。Aspheric single vision lens is probably the most widely-used eyeglass lens in the market.Analyzed several possible reasons which may cause the uncomfortable wearing eperience of these lenses,a way to optimize the aspheric single visionlens was suggested.Through this optimization,the risk of unfavorable combining of eye aberration and the designed cylinder or power compensation of lens can be lowered thus to improve the wearing experience.This especially works for those high myopia or high cylinder prescription.
