无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术在口腔正畸中的临床效果及牙周和口腔功能指标的比较

摘　　要：目的比较无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术在口腔正畸治疗中的临床效果及牙周和口腔功能指标。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月河南省人民医院口腔正畸治疗患者103例,依据治疗方案的不同进行分组,将固定矫治技术开展治疗的50例作为对照组,将无托槽隐形矫治术开展治疗的53例作为研究组,治疗后以牙周指标、口腔功能以及治疗满意度作为观察指标,比较组间治疗效果。结果两组治疗前各项牙周指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后牙周健康情况均得到明显改善,且研究组龈沟探诊深度(SPD)、菌斑指数(PLI)以及牙周指数(GI)评分分别为(0.46±0.28)分、(1.32±0.21)分及(0.41±0.20)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前各项口腔功能指标比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;两组治疗后口腔功能均受到一定影响,且研究组咀嚼功能(ME)、最大咬合力(MF)以及咬合速率(SO)三项指标分别为(0.55±0.19)(562.45±70.59)raw及(173.65±30.11)raw/s,均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组治疗后咀嚼功能、美观程度、固定功能以及舒适性指标满意度评分分别为(19.69±0.71)、(21.22±1.64)、(21.48±1.77)、(22.44±1.09),均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与固定矫治技术比较,以无托槽隐形矫治术进行口腔正畸整体效果更佳,可有效维持患者的牙周健康与口腔功能,治疗满意度更高,临床应用价值更高。Objective To compare the clinical effects and periodontal and oral function indexes of unbraced invisible ap⁃pliance and fixed appliance in orthodontic treatment.Methods A total of 103 patients receiving orthodontic treatment in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to different treatment plans.50 patients receiving fixed orthodontic treatment were taken as the control group,and 53 pa⁃tients receiving invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets were taken as the study group.After treatment,periodon⁃tal indexes,oral function and treatment satisfaction were taken as the observation indexes.The treatment effect between groups was compared.Results There were no significant differences in periodontal indexes between the two groups be⁃fore treatment(P>0.05),and the periodontal health of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,and the SPD,PLI and GI scores of the study group were(0.46±0.28)points,(1.32±0.21)points and(0.41±0.20)points,respectively.It was lower than control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in oral function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the oral function of both groups was af⁃fected to some extent,and the three indexes of ME,MF and SO in the study group were(0.55±0.19),(562.45±70.59)raw and(173.65±30.11)raw/s,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction scores of masticatory function,aesthetic degree,fixation function and comfort index were(19.69±0.71),(21.22±1.64),(21.48±1.77)and(22.44±1.09),respectively,in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the fixed orthodontic tech⁃nique,the overall effect of non-bracket invisible orthodontic is better,which can effectively maintain the periodontal health and oral function of the patients,with higher treatment satisfaction and higher clinical application value.
