摘 要:针对某金氰化浸出过程建立动态机制模型,提出了一种基于全局正交配置法的非线性预测浸出率的算法。根据动态机制模型的预测控制需求在采样点构造插值多项式,近似状态变量和控制变量,同时通过离散化得到非线性规划问题,再对其进行求解得到最优输出量及控制量,最后与线性预测算法进行仿真对比分析,验证算法的有效性。结果表明,非线性的预测控制算法在鲁棒性、跟踪性及抗扰性3方面更具优势,控制过程中系统稳定性更高,更适合实际生产应用。A dynamic mechanism model was established for a gold cyanide leaching process,and a nonlinear algorithm based on global orthogonal configuration was proposed to predict the leaching rate.According to the predictive control requirements of the dynamic mechanism model,the interpolation polynomial is constructed at the sampling point to approximate the state variable and the control variable.At the same time,the nonlinear programming problem is obtained through discretization,and then the optimal output and control quantity are obtained by solving it.Finally,the simulation and comparative analysis are performed with the linear prediction algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.The results show that the nonlinear predictive control algorithm has more advantages in robustness,tracking and immunity,and the system stability is higher in the control process,which is more suitable for practical production applications.
