摘　　要：目的探讨以需求为导向的个性化护理在白血病化疗中的应用价值,为改善其临床护理干预效果提供参考。方法选取滕州市中心人民医院2016年4月—2020年1月收治的白血病化疗患者60例作为研究对象,以抽签法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取以需求为导向的个性化护理。比较两组自我效能感评分、化疗依从率、不良反应发生率及希望水平评分。结果观察组化疗依从率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组自我效能感评分为(30.24±2.62)分,高于对照组的(25.26±2.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.063,P<0.05)。观察组希望水平评分为(40.26±3.61)分,高于对照组的(36.17±3.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.676,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论对白血病化疗患者采取以需求为导向的个性化护理干预效果明显,可有效提高患者治疗信心,值得临床推广应用。Objectivee To explore the value of demand-oriented personalized nursing for leukemia chemotherapy,and to provide reference for improving clinical nursing interventions effect.Methods Sixty leukemia chemotherapy patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from April 2016 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group using a lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received demand-oriented personalized nursing based on the control group.The selfefficacy score,chemotherapy compliance rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions and hope level score between the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of chemotherapy in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.455,P<0.05).After intervention,the score of self-efficacy in the observation group was(30.24±2.62)points,which was higher than that in the control group with(25.26±2.14)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.063,P<0.05).The hope level score of the observation group was(40.26±3.61)points,which was higher than that of the control group with(36.17±3.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.676,P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting demand-oriented personalized nursing interventions for leukemia chemotherapy patients had a significant effect,which could effectively improve patients'confidence in treatment and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
