浅谈儿童药物掩味技术与评价中的关注点

摘　　要：儿童药物良好的适口性可提高给药剂量的准确性和给药方案的依从性。许多活性药物成分具有不良的味道,因此需要开发有效的掩味方法以改善儿童药物的适口性。本文主要介绍了常用的掩味技术和口感评价方法,并结合案例对掩味效果药学评价的关注点、一般原则等方面提出建议,以期为儿童药物掩味技术的开发提供参考。Good palatability of pediatric drugs improves the accuracy of dosing and adherence to dosing regimens.Many active pharmaceutical ingredients have an undesirable taste,so effective taste masking methods need to be developed to improve the palatability of pediatric medicines.This article mainly introduces the commonly taste masking techniques and taste evaluation methods,and puts forward suggestions on the concerns and general principles of the pharmaceutical evaluation of taste masking effects based on cases,in order to provide reference for the development of drug taste masking technology in children.
