上前牙外伤复位不佳后再治疗1例

摘　　要：目的:本文报道1例复位不佳的上前牙外伤重新复位固定并获得良好疗效的病例。诊治经过:外院上前牙外伤复位不佳的患者,通过口腔医师对患者的临床检查、影像学检查并结合病史,做出明确诊断并将外院复位不佳上前牙新复位固定,并行完善的根管治疗及定期随访。结果:术后3、12、24个月复查,上前牙临床检查正常叩诊音,不松动,未探及深牙周袋;影像学检查根尖周病变及牙根吸收影像逐渐愈合。结论:正确的诊断、及时规范的治疗和随访复查对于恒牙外伤取得良好预后是至关重要的。Objective:Good therapeutic results were obtained by retreament and fixation of upper anterior tooth with incorrect diaplasis in other hospitals.Diagnosis and treatment:This paper reported a patient with upper anterior teeth trauma with incorrect diaplasis in other hospital.Based on the patient's medical history and findings of the clinical examinations and imaging examinations,the final diagnosis was obtained.The affected teeth were re-diaplasis and fixed which with the perfect root canal treatment.Finally,the satisfied clinical results were achieved.Results:A follow-up examination was performed 3、12、and 24 months after the treatment.Clinical examination found no obvious periodontal pockets,tooth discoloration,nor swelling of the gums around affected teeth.The radiographic images obtained during the follow-up examination showed that the periodontal lesions and root resorption images were gradually healed.Conclusions:The correct diagnosis,timely and correct treatment and follow-up are crucial to achieve a good prognosis of dental trauma.
