摘　　要：2023年4月,中国临床肿瘤学会(Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology,CSCO)乳腺癌专家委员会发布了《中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)乳腺癌诊疗指南2023》。新版指南在2022年指南的基础上,秉承基于循证医学证据、兼顾药物可及性和结合专家意见的原则进行了更新,保证了指南的科学性及时效性。本文总结新版指南中人表皮生长因子受体2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER2)阳性晚期乳腺癌的更新要点,并结合最新循证医学进展和药物可及性变化进行解读。In April 2023,the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)Breast Cancer Expert Committee issued the 2023 edition of guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.This revision is based on the 2022 edition of guidelines,adhering to the principles of evidence-based medicine evidence,considering drug accessibility,and combining expert opinions,to ensure the scientific and timely nature of the guidelines.This paper summarizes the key updated points of the guidelines for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive advanced breast cancer and interprets them in light of the latest progress of evidence-based medicine and changes in drug accessibility.
