摘　　要：2023年中国临床肿瘤学会(Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology,CSCO)黑色素瘤诊疗指南已经发布。本次指南更新吸纳了国内外最新的循证医学证据,以期协助国内医师制定更好的临床决策,为黑色素瘤患者提供最新且最适宜中国患者实情的治疗方案。本文整理了此次CSCO黑色素瘤诊疗指南的更新要点,并对相应的循证医学证据予以解读。The 2023 edition of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma has been released.The update of the guidelines absorbs the latest evidence-based medical evidence at home and abroad,in order to assist domestic physicians in making better clinical decisions and provide the latest and most suitable treatment plan for melanoma patients in China.This paper summarizes the main updated points of the CSCO guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma,and interpretes the corresponding evidence-based medical evidence.
