摘　　要：目的:本文通过展示一例Ⅳ期C级牙周炎的牙周-牙体-牙槽外科-正畸-修复联合治疗,为重度牙周炎患者治疗计划的制定及实施提供思路。诊治经过:患者因重度牙周炎导致前牙移位,多牙松动,个别后牙缺失,并伴有个别牙龋坏及下颌阻生第三磨牙。经过医患沟通,临床治疗过程依次为:牙周基础治疗,充填治疗、根管治疗,预后无望的松动牙及阻生第三磨牙的拔除,牙周手术治疗,正畸治疗,缺失牙的种植修复以及牙周维护治疗。结果:经过上述综合治疗,患者牙周情况恢复健康,前牙间隙关闭,咬合关系改善,牙列完整性得到恢复。结论:重度牙周炎患者的诊疗需要综合考量,通过多学科配合可达到良好的治疗效果。Objective:This article aims to provide treatment plans for patients with severe periodontitis of stageⅣgrade C,which combined periodontal,endodontic treatment,alveolar surgery,orthodontics,and restorative treatment.Diagnosis and treatment:The patient suffered from severe periodontitis,resulting in anterior teeth displacement,multiple teeth loosening,and individual posterior teeth loss,accompanied by individual tooth decay and mandibular impacted wisdom teeth.After adequate communication,the clinical treatment process includes periodontal basic therapy,filling and root canal treatment of decayed teeth,extraction of severely loose teeth and impacted wisdom teeth,periodontal surgery,orthodontic treatment,implant restoration,and periodontal maintenance treatment.Results:Through these comprehensive oral treatment,the patient's periodontal condition returned to health,the anterior interdental space was closed,the occlusal relationship was improved,and the dentition integrity was restored.Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe periodontitis requires comprehensive consideration,and good treatment results can be achieved through multidisciplinary cooperation.
