台式水银血压计测量血压教学规范化流程及拓展设计

摘　　要：课程是人才培养的核心要素。建设“两性一度”式的一流课程,创新教学方法,是提高学生培养质量的重要途径。南方医科大学在课堂实施台式水银血压计测量血压的案例中,按照科学实验的流程或者不同专业岗位胜任力对实验课堂进行重新设计,将以人为本、以患者为中心、安全意识、规范意识、工匠精神等职业素养和思政元素自然融入实验教学的全过程,使课程思政可操作化;同时,着力贯穿基于胜任力的学生学习理念,将问题导向的批判性思维贯穿全程,从而培养学生的科研思维、创新能力以及医学人文精神。Curriculum plays a eritical role in talent culivation.Constructing first-class courses anmd innovating new leaching methodsare important approaches to improve the quality of talent culivaion,and the lirst-class courss are advanced,inmnovative,and chal-lenging.In the leaching of"Measurement of blood pressure with a mercury sphygmomanometer",the autlhors redesigned the experi-menlal teaching acconding to scientific experimental procedure,aiming to develop the post compelency in the studenls.Various ele-ments of professional qualities and ideological and political education were naturally inlegraled into the entire teaching process,makingideological and political education in the eurriculum operable;and the main elements include people orientation,patientl-cenleredness,salety awareness,standardization awarencss,and craltsmanship spirit,etc.Post competency-based learning concepls and problem-ori-ented eritical thinking skills were incorporaled into the leaching process to develop scientific research thinking,imnovation abilities,andmedical humanistic values in the students.
