摘 要:针对并联DC-DC变换器网络控制系统(NCS)因无法及时处理冗长信号而导致系统均流输出性能较差的问题,结合滑模控制(SMC)策略提出一种NCS均匀量化设计方法。以并联Buck变换器为例,首先设计了其主从均流SM控制系统;后在连续域内对含SMC的NCS进行均匀量化设计,并根据量化误差分析了系统的稳定性能;再考虑到变换器在实际数字控制系统中的应用,采用零阶保持器研究了均匀量化SMC系统的离散化效应并给出了稳定性条件;最后,利用仿真分别分析了连续和离散域中不同参数条件下系统的输出性能,得到当量化步长与采样时间分别取0.1与0.1 ms时系统输出性能最优,并在该最优参数下进一步通过实验证明,所设计均匀量化SMC系统能够将并联Buck变换器的输出电压与均分电流稳态误差分别控制在0.117 V与0.008 A内,验证了所提设计方法的正确性。Aiming at the problem that the current sharing output performance of the parallel DC-DC converter network control system(NCS)is poor due to the inability to process lengthy signals in time,a uniform quantization design method of NCS is proposed based on sliding mode control(SMC)strategy.Taking the parallel buck converter as an example,the SM control system was designed first.Then the NCS with the SMC was designed by uniform quantization in the continuous domain,and the stability of the system was analyzed according to the quantization error.Considering the application of the parallel buck converter in practical digital control system,the discretization effect of uniform quantization SMC system was studied by using the zero-order hold and the stability conditions were given.Finally,simulations were used to analyze the output performance of the system under different parameters in the continuous and discrete domain,and it shows that the output performance of the system is optimal when the quantization step size and sampling time are 0.1 and 0.1 ms,respectively.Further experiments under the optimal parameters show that the designed uniform quantization SMC system can control the steady-state error of output voltage and equalizing current of parallel buck converter within 0.117 V and 0.008 A,respectively,which verifies the correctness of this paper.
