摘 要:放射治疗是癌症的主要治疗方法之一,宫颈癌的放射治疗可以应用在各个期别。为探讨微生物菌群在放射治疗中的变化及与毒副作用和疗效关系,以期寻找干预性措施减少毒副作用的发生及提高放疗效果,改善患者生存质量,本研究对宫颈癌同步放化疗期间阴道及肠道菌群变化的相关性研究进展进行综述。应用中国知网及PubMed数据库检索系统,以“盆腔放疗、宫颈癌、阴道微生态、肠道微生物和益生菌”等为关键词,检索2000-01-01-2022-12-31相关文献。共检索到英文文献1 410条,中文文献32条。纳入标准:宫颈癌放疗;微生物菌群与宫颈癌放疗相关性及研究进展。排除标准:非宫颈癌相关研究;质量较差的文献。最终纳入分析45篇文献。结果表明,肠道及生殖道微生物菌群与妇科肿瘤,特别是宫颈癌有关。生物菌群失调或群落组成结构可能影响癌症的发展、进展和持续性。提示,现仍无明确的研究表明,干预性微生物制剂可以改善宫颈癌同步放化疗的疗效。未来有可能开发微生物菌群用于预防或限制与宫颈癌放疗相关的毒副作用。Radiotherapy is one of the main methods for the treatment of cancer.Radiotherapy for cervical cancer can be used in all stages.This paper reviews the research progress on the correlation between the changes of vaginal and intestinal flora during simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer in order to explore the changes of microflora in radiotherapy and its relationship with side effects and curative effect,find intervention measures.reduce the occurrence of side effects,and improve the effect of radiotherapy and the quality of life of patients.The related literature of January l,2000 to December 31,2022 were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and PubMed database retrieval systems,with"Pelvic radiotherapy,Cervical cancer,Vaginal microbiota,Intestinal microbiota,probiotics"as key words.A total of 141o English articles and 32 Chinese articles were retrieved.Inclusion criteria:radiotherapy for cervical cancer;correlation and research progress between microflora and radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Exclusion criteria:non-cervical cancer related studies;poor quality literature.Finally,45 articles were included and analyzed.The results showed that intestinal and reproductive tract microflora were related to gynecological cancer,especially cervical cancer.The imbalance of biological flora or community composition may affect the development,progression and persistence of cancer.There are still no clear studies showing that intervention microbial preparations can improve the efficacy of simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer.In the future,it is possible to develop microflora to prevent or limit toxic therapy associated with radiotherapy forcervical cancer.
