结肠癌组织中hnRNP A2/B1蛋白表达与临床病理特征和结局的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究80例结肠癌患者组织中异质核糖核蛋白A2/B1(hnRNP A2/B1)蛋白表达与临床病理特征和结局的关系。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年1月我院收治的80例行手术切除治疗的结肠癌患者作为研究参与者,术中取癌组织与癌旁组织(距离肿瘤边缘>5 cm的正常组织)。采用免疫组化法测定结肠癌组织及癌旁组织hnRNP A2/B1蛋白表达,并分析hnRNP A2/B1蛋白表达与病理特征的关系。随访结肠癌患者术后4年内结局并分析hnRNP A2/B1蛋白表达与患者预后的关系。结果:结肠癌组织中hnRNP A2/B1蛋白高表达率(80.00%)高于癌旁组织hnRNP A2/B1蛋白高表达率(15.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);结肠癌组织hnRNP A2/B1蛋白表达阳性在年龄、性别、浸润深度、浸润直径、肿瘤部位、病理类型方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TNMⅠ~Ⅱ期hnRNP A2/B1蛋白高表达率(88.00%)高于TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期(66.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);低分化程度hnRNP A2/B1蛋白高表达率(91.89%)高于中高分化程度(69.77%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴结转移hnRNP A2/B1蛋白高表达率(96.77%)高于无淋巴结转移(69.39%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高表达组无进展生存率(20.31%)低于低表达组(50.00%),全因死亡率高表达组(35.94%)高于低表达组(6.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌组织中hnRNP A2/B1蛋白表达水平高,且其表达与患者TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、术后结局有关,临床上可作为结肠癌患者预防、分期及判断预后的参考。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins A2/B1(hnRNP A2/B1)and clinicopathological features and outcomes in total 80 patients with colon cancer.MI ethods Total 80 patients with colon cancer who underwent surgical resection in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as study participants.During the operation,cancer tissue and paracancer tissue(normal tissue more than 5 cm away from the tumor margin)were taken.The expression of hnRNP A2/B1 in colon cancer tissue and adjacent tissue was determined by immunohistochemical method,and the relationship between the expression of hnRNP A2/Bl and pathological features was analyzed.The outcomes of patients with colon cancer within 4 years after operation were followed up and the relationship between the expression of hnRNP A2/Bl and prognosis was analyzed.Results The high expression rate of hnRNP A2/Bl in colon cancer tissue(80.00%)was higher than that in adjacent tissue(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The positive expression of hnRNP A2/Bl in colon cancer tissue showed no significant difference in age,sex,invasion depth,invasion diameter,tumor site and pathological type(P>0.05).The high expression rate of hnRNP A2/B1 in TNMⅠ~Ⅱstages(88.00%)was higher than that in TNMⅢ~Ⅳstages(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high expression rate of hnRNP A2/B1 with low differentiation(91.89%)was higher than that with middle differentiation(69.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high expression rate of hnRNP A2/B1 with lymph node metastasis(96.77%)was higher than that without lymph node metastasis(69.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The progression-free survival rate(20.31%)in the high expression group was lower than that in the low expression group(50.00%),and the all-cause mortality rate in the high expression group(35.94%)was higher than that in the low expression group(
