摘　　要：中国子宫内膜癌发病率和病死率逐年升高,在经济发达地区,子宫内膜癌发病率已跃居女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤首位。子宫内膜癌的筛查如超声、诊断性刮宫、宫腔镜检查、细胞学检查、血清学检查等都有助于早期检测、及时治疗、延长生存期、降低医疗成本。In China,the incidence and mortality rate of endometrial cancer have been increasing year by year.The incidence of endometrial cancer has ranked first among malignant tumors of the female reproductive system in developed areas.Screening of endometrial cancer,such as transvaginalsonography,D&C,hys⁃teroscopy,ECT,serological testing,contributes to early detection,timely treatment,longer survival,and lower medical costs.
