摘　　要：经济运行管理是企业管理体系的重要组成部分,通过对资源配置进行优化,对企业战略目标的实现过程进行持续控制,对企业的经营质量进行体系化管理。通过构建经济运行管理机制形成全面、及时、灵敏、可行的运行体系,对企业统计分析管理制度不断完善,提升企业统计分析工作规范,加强信息化建设,构建系统的数据体系标准。通过对统计分析的深入研究来充分发挥经济运行分析的监测、预判、决策等功能,从而对企业经济运行风险进行有效控制。建立企业经济运行分析指标体系能够促进企业的战略规划,并将战略规划与日常经营紧密联系起来,还能够对企业战略进行有效的管控,进一步促进企业的稳定可持续发展。An important part of the enterprise management system includes economic operation management.Through optimizing the allocation of resources,the realization process of the enterprise's strategic objectives is continuously controlled,and the enterprise's operation quality is systematically managed.By constructing an economic operation management mechanism to form a comprehensive,timely,sensitive,and feasible operation system,it needs to continuously improve the management system for enterprise statistical analysis,enhance the standardization of enterprise statistical analysis work,strengthen information construction,and build a systematic data system standard.By conducting in-depth research on statistical analysis,it gives full play to the monitoring,prediction,decision-making and other functions of economic operation analysis to effectively control the risks of enterprise economic operation.The establishment of enterprise economic operation analysis index system can promote the strategic planning of enterprises,closely link the strategic planning with daily operation,effectively control the enterprise strategy,and further promote the stable and sustainable develo pment of enterprises.
