摘 要:复杂曲面切削加工过程复杂,涉及许多现象。加工复杂曲面时常采用铣削方式。考虑热力耦合研究了复杂曲面切削过程的切削机理。为了更直观地分析复杂曲面的切削机理,建立了镍铝青铜二维直角切削的有限元仿真模型,研究切削过程中切削力的变化情况,以及切削过程中切屑的产生机理。从工艺参数和刀具几何参数两个方面分析直角切削过程中切削力的变化规律。仿真结果表明:切削力随切削速度的增加而缓慢减小,随切削速度的增加而增加,随着刀具前角的增加而减小。切削过程中,在第一变形区材料的应力最大,当应力值突破极限值时会产生切屑。及时清除切屑可以维持加工精度。Complex curved surfaces cutting is a complex process involving many phenomena,and it is often machined by milling.The cutting mechanism of complex curved surface cutting process is studied considering thermodynamic coupling.In order to analyze the cutting mechanism of complex curved surfaces more intuitively,a finite element simulation model of two-dimensional right-angle cutting of nickel aluminum bronze is established to study the changes in cutting force during the cutting process and the chip generation mechanism during cutting.The changing rules of cutting force during right-angle cutting are analyzed from two aspects:process parameters and tool geometric parameters.The simulation results show that the cutting force decreases slowly with the increase of cutting speed,increases with the increase of cutting speed,and decreases with the increase of tool rake angle.During the cutting process,the stress of the material is greatest in the first deformation zone.When the stress value exceeds the limit value,chips will be generated.Timely removal of chips can maintain machining accuracy.
