加油站采用阿米巴经营模式的效果及实证分析

摘　　要：为提升加油站效益,中国石油集团在加油站开展阿米巴经营模式试点工作。本文通过问卷调查和微观计量方法,对阿米巴经营模式对中国石油集团试点站绩效的影响进行实证检验。结果显示,阿米巴经营模式显著提高了试点加油站的经营效率,增加了加油站利润,提高了汽柴油销量和非油业务毛利率,取得了非常显著的效果。In order to improve the efficiency of gas stations,CNPC has adopted the Amoeba management to carry out pilot work in its gas stations.This paper empirically examines the impact of Amoeba management on the performance of pilot stations of CNPC through questionnaire survey and micro-measurement methods.The results show that the Amoeba management significantly improves the operational efficiency of the pilot gas stations,increases the profit of the stations,improves the sales volume of gasoline and diesel as well as the gross margin of the non-oil business,and achieves a very significant effects.
