《春秋繁露·灭国》的存亡思想

摘　　要：《春秋繁露·灭国》考察春秋亡国阐发的存亡思想,是董仲舒春秋公羊学政治学说的重要内容,主要包括三个方面:一,表明‚群‛能凝聚力量、对抗风险,主张君主对内不失其群,对外要与诸侯为群。二,强调君臣推心、托付得当的重要性,并以之为治国者不可不知的存亡之端。三,推崇霸主兴灭国、继绝世的华夏互助,视之为各国存亡的重要保证。《灭国》论及的所有灭国,或因三点不居一而致灭,或因有始无终而遽亡。《灭国》蕴含之存亡思想与治理原则,不仅可为汉鉴,还具有较强的现实意义。“Perished States”in Luxuriant Gems of The Spring and Autumn Annals studies the survival or perish thought that The Spring and Autumn Annals elucidates in talking about the perished states.The thought,which is an important content of Dong Zhongshu‟s political theory of his studies on Gongyang’s Commentary of The Spring and Autumn Annals,mainly includes three aspects.Firstly,it indicates that groups can gather strength and resist risks,advocating that the monarch should not lose their group internally and form groups with the princes externally.Secondly,he emphasizes the importance of the monarch and his subjects laying bare their hearts to each other and entrusting each other appropriately,and regards them as an essential source of survival for those who govern the country.Thirdly,he praises highly the idea of the mutual assistance of the Chinese nation,which advocates the hegemony strategy of“restoring the way of life of those states that have lost state power and helping those clans that have no descendants to find their distant clans to pass on”,taking it as an important guarantee for the survival for a state.All the states mentioned in“Perished States”were perished either due to three points being in different places,or due to starting a good beginning but leaving it half done.The survival or perish thought and governing principles contained in“Perished States”can not only serve as a reference for the Han Dynasty,but also have strong practical significance.
