摘 要:电站燃煤锅炉烟温与过热汽温偏差严重影响机组的运行安全与效率,降低上述偏差是锅炉燃烧优化的关键问题。该文首先构建一种锅炉燃烧和汽水侧耦合数值模拟方法,通过壁温迭代对燃烧侧的炉膛传热和汽水侧的工质传热进行关联,实现对于烟温和过热汽温分布的准确预测。在此基础上,以一台在役1000MW双切圆锅炉为对象,系统研究分离燃尽风上下摆角和反切角度对烟温和过热汽温分布的影响规律,并以屏式过热器区域截面温度不均匀系数为优化指标,采用极差分析确定最佳的燃尽风上下摆角和反切角度。结果表明,合理的分离燃尽风上下摆角和反切角度可降低烟温沿炉宽方向的分布偏差和过热器各管屏出口汽温的偏差。最佳工况为分离燃尽风上下摆角为-10°,反切角度为5°,截面的温度不均匀系数为1.27,与最高值相比降低4.7%。因此,分离燃尽风的反切和向下摆动可减小锅炉运行中热偏差。The thermal deviation of the gas and the superheated steam seriously affects the operation safety and efficiency of the coal-fired boiler,and reducing the deviation is a key issue for boiler combustion optimization.In this paper,a coupling simulation model is adopted by coupling combustion and hydrodynamic,which correlates the heat transfer on the combustion side and the steam side through wall temperature iteration,and realizes the accurate prediction of the gas temperature and superheated steam temperature distribution.On this basis,taking a 1000MW ultra-supercritical boiler which adopts the dual circle tangential firing combustion method as the object,the influence of the up-down pendulum angle and anti-tangential angle of the separated over fire air on the distribution of gas temperature and superheated steam temperature is studied,and the non-uniformity coefficient of temperature of the platen superheater region is used as the optimization index.Range analysis method is applied to determine the best up-down pendulum angle and anti-tangential angle.The results show that the reasonable up-down pendulum angle and anti-tangential angle can reduce the deviation of gas temperature along the width direction of the furnace and the deviation of steam temperature at the outlet of each tube screen.The optimal conditions are when the up-down pendulum angle of is-10°and the anti-tangential angle is 5°,and the non-uniformity coefficient of temperature is 1.2745,which is 4.7%lower than the highest value.Therefore,the reverse tangential and downward swing of the separated over fire air reduces the thermal deviation in boiler operation.
