摘  要:针对无人艇电磁兼容性差导致的天线干扰舱内电气设备出现误动作的问题,结合无人艇的结构,提出了一种对舱口孔缝处使用导电材料进行填充的方法,达到屏蔽天线电磁干扰的效果。首先通过控制干扰变量,对干扰源进行定位;在确定干扰源为天线的基础上,仿真计算出受干扰设备处天线辐射的电场强度,当天线与甲板水平,舱口采用橡胶填充时,舱内设备处的最高场强高达50 V/m,采用导电材料填充后,设备处的电场强度接近于0,达到了屏蔽天线辐射干扰的效果,舱内电气设备恢复正常工作;最后通过实验验证了此方法的有效性。无人船天线与设备的距离应在设计前期进行合理规划。Aiming at the problem of antenna interfering with the electrical equipment in the cabin with malfunction caused by the poor electromagnetic compatibility of unmanned boat,combining with the structure of unmanned boat,a method of using conductive material to fill in the aperture of the hatch to achieve the effect of shielding the antenna from electromagnetic interference is proposed.Firstly,the interference source is localized by controlling the interference variables;then,on the basis of determining the interference source as the antenna,the electric field strength radiated by the antenna at the interfered equipment is simulated and calculated,and when the antenna is horizontal to the deck and the hatch is filled with rubber,the highest field strength at the equipment in the cabin is as high as 50 V/m,and after the conductive material is used to fill in the equipment,the electric field strength at the equipment is close to 0,which achieves the effect of shielding the antenna radiation interference.The electrical equipment in the cabin resumed normal work;finally,the validity of this method was verified through experiments,and the distance between the antenna and the equipment of the unmanned ship should be reasonably planned in the pre-design stage.
