摘 要:针对斜齿轮齿向修形会造成磨削齿面扭曲问题,文章提出了一种基于柔性电子齿轮箱多轴同步附加运动的齿面扭曲补偿方法。首先,简要分析了齿面扭曲现象产生的原因,建立渐开线斜齿面和齿向鼓形修形齿面模型;然后,利用齿面啮合和运动学逆解得到齿向鼓形修形齿面和扭曲齿面对应的机床主从运动轴(B轴、C轴、X轴、Y轴、Z轴)运动量;接着,对齿向修形齿面进行仿真,并对扭曲齿面进行欠补偿、理想补偿和过补偿仿真;最后,通过对主从运动轴施加附加运动量,实现对齿向修形扭曲齿面的补偿。与传统的修砂轮实现扭曲齿面补偿相比,对主从运动轴施加附加运动量进行补偿效率更高,成本更低。通过齿轮加工实验,齿面扭曲得到了有效的补偿,齿面精度有所提高。A method was proposed to compensate for the twisted tooth surface based on the multi-axis synchronized additional motion of a flexible electronic gearbox for grinding helical gears by worm gear grinding machine with tooth surface crowning lead modified.Firstly,the mechanism of tooth surface distortion was analyzed,and the models of involute helical tooth surface and crowning lead modified tooth surface were established;Then,the inverse solution of tooth meshing and kinematics was utilized to obtain the motion of the machine's master and slave axes(B-axis,C-axis,X-axis,Y-axis,and Z-axis)corresponding to the crowning lead modified surface and twisted tooth surface;Next,the lead modified tooth surface was simulated and the twisted tooth surfaces were simulated with under compensation,ideal compensation and over compensation;Finally,the compensation of the lead modified and twisted tooth surface was realized by applying additional motion to the master and slave axes.Compared with the traditional grinding wheel,the compensation of twisted tooth surface is more efficient and less costly by combining the kinematic inverse solution with the additional motion of the master and slave axes of the worm gear grinding machine.Through gear machining experiments,the tooth surface twist is effectively compensated and the tooth surface accuracy is improved.The research shows that this method can effectively compensate the tooth surface twist and improve the accuracy of worm wheel grinding tooth directional reshaping helical gears.
