摘  要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定生活饮用水中痕量钒、铀。方法样品经硝酸酸化处理,在优化的ICP-MS条件下,对生活饮用水中钒、铀进行检测,同时经加标回收实验,对方法准确度进行验证。结果钒、铀两种金属元素检测的线性相关系数r均在0.9999以上,检出限为钒0.02 ng/ml,铀0.01 ng/ml。在0.50、1.00、10.0、30.0 ng/ml 4个加标水平下,钒、铀的回收率为94.5%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为0.80%~1.80%。结论该方法线性范围宽,检出限低,检测快速、准确,适用于生活饮用水中痕量钒、铀的测定。Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of trace vanadium and uranium in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods The drinking water samples were subjected to nitric acid acidification treatment,in which the concentrations of vanadium and uranium were detected under optimized ICP-MS conditions.Simultaneously,the accuracy of the method was verified through a spike-and-recovery experiment.Results The linear correlation coefficient r for the detection of vanadium and uranium was above 0.9999,with a detection limit of 0.02 ng/ml for vanadium and 0.01 ng/ml for uranium.At four different spiked levels(0.50,1.00,10.0,and 30.0 ng/ml),the percent recovery of vanadium and uranium ranged between 94.5%and 107.0%,with a relative standard deviation of 0.80%to 1.80%.Conclusion Owing to a wide linear range,low detection limit,fast and accurate detection,this method is suitable for the determination of trace vanadium and uranium in drinking water.
