摘　　要：目的分析多发性子宫肌瘤患者血清泌乳素(PRL)、血管生成素2(Ang-2)、25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)-D]水平变化及相关性。方法选择2019年10月至2022年10月河南省汝州市第一人民医院收治的112例多发性子宫肌瘤患者,将其作为研究组,另选择同期在医院进行健康体检的65名健康体检者作为健康对照组。对2组研究对象血清PRL、Ang-2、25-(OH)-D水平进行检测比较,分析血清PRL、Ang-2、25-(OH)-D水平与多发性子宫肌瘤的相关关系。结果研究组患者PRL、Ang-2比健康对照组高,25-(OH)-D水平比对照组低(均P<0.05);研究组患者不同肌瘤长径、体积、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)阳性表达水平血清PRL、Ang-2、25-(OH)-D差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);血清PRL、Ang-2水平与肌瘤长径、肌瘤体积、ER、PR均呈正相关(r=0.641、0.587、0.722、0.674、0.554、0.694、0.704、0.694,均P<0.05),而25-(OH)-D水平与与肌瘤长径、肌瘤体积、ER、PR均呈负相关(r=-0.723、-0.625、-0.648、-0.629,均P<0.05)。结论血清PRL、Ang-2、25-(OH)-D水平与子宫肌瘤长径、体积、ER、PR阳性表达之间有密切关系,对上述指标进行检测可用于诊断子宫肌瘤。Objective To analyze the changes and correlation of serum prolactin(PRL),angiopoietin 2(Ang-2),and 25-(OH)-D levels in patients with multiple uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 112 patients with multiple uterine fibroids admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Ruzhou City from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study group,and another 65 healthy checkups who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of PRL,Ang-2,and 25-(OH)-D of the two study groups were tested and compared to analyze the correlation between serum PRL,Ang-2,and 25-(OH)-D levels and multiple uterine fibroids.Results Patients in the study group had higher levels of PRL and Ang-2 and lower levels of 25-(OH)-D than healthy controls(all P<0.05);there were significant differences in serum PRL,Ang-2,and 25-(OH)-D between different leiomyosarcoma length diameters,volumes,and levels of ER and PR positive expression of patients in the study group were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Serum PRL and Ang-2 levels were positively correlated with fibroid length diameter,rhabdomyosarcoma volume,ER,and PR(r=0.641,0.587,0.722,0.674,0.554,0.694,0.704,0.694,all P<0.05),whereas 25-(OH)-D levels were negatively correlated with with rhabdomyosarcoma length,rhabdomyosarcoma volume,ER,and PR(r=-0.723,-0.625,-0.648,-0.629,all P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between the levels of serum PRL,Ang-2,and 25-(OH)-D in patients with multiple uterine fibroids and the positive expression of ER and PR,and the testing of the above indexes can be used for the diagnosis of uterine fibroids.
