摘　　要：目的分析研究胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)多层螺旋CT征象与病理组织中细胞增殖核抗原(Ki-67)表达的相关关系。方法回顾性分析174例上海健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院2015年1月至2020年12月行CT检查并经手术病理证实的GIST的临床病理、影像资料,探究胃肠道间质瘤CT征象与Ki-67表达的关系。结果通过CT评估不同部位、大小、形态、生长方式的GIST间Ki-67表达差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.57、8.09、4.91、7.82,P均<0.05)。结论GIST多层螺旋CT征象与病理Ki-67表达有一定的关联性,对指导GIST临床诊疗、预后判断具有一定意义。Objective To analyze and investigate the correlation between the multi-slice spiral CT signs and the expression of Ki-67 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Method The clinicopathological and imaging data of 174 cases of surgically confirmed gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)from Shanghai Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed to investigate the relationship between CT signs and pathological Ki-67 expression in GIST.Results The differences in ki-67 expression were statistically significant in terms of site,size,morphology and metastasis(χ^(2)=12.57、8.09、4.91、7.82P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between multi-slice spiral CT signs and pathological Ki-67 expression in gastrointestinal stromal tumors,which is of certain significance in guiding the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of GIST.
