摘 要:本文从混合式教师培训背景出发,对培训学员、班主任、管理员三个方面做了详细的需求分析,以吉林省教育学院为例设计了混合式教师培训平台。在教师培训实施过程中,借助混合式教师培训平台对教师培训进行精准化管理,通过完善教师信息、依托培训项目、构建班级和运用信息化等手段,实现了线上线下混合式教师培训,精准实现了各类培训项目的分级分类,充分发挥了混合式教师培训的优势,为教师培训提供了强有力的平台支撑,并提出了下一步的研究内容和方向。This article elaborates on the background of blended teacher training and provides a detailed de-mand analysis from three aspects:trainees,head teachers,and administrators.Taking Jilin Provincial Institute of Education as an example,a blended teacher training platform is designed.In the implementation process of teach-er training,based on the self-developed teacher training platform,precise management of teacher training has been carried out.By improving teacher information,relying on training projects,constructing classes,and using information technology and other means,mixed online and offline teacher training has been achieved.The classi-fication of various types of training projects has been accurately achieved,fully leveraging the advantages of blended teacher training and providing strong platform support for teacher training.Finally,this article also pro-poses the next research content and direction.
