摘 要:目的:探讨股前外侧皮瓣联合3D打印个性化设计的钛网支架对于上颌骨缺损修复的临床效果。方法:对本院2022年采用股前外侧皮瓣复合个性化钛网支架修复的8例上颌骨缺损患者进行回顾性分析。结果:8例患者所有组织瓣均成活良好,术后面部外形对称,口鼻腔及口腔上颌窦完全封闭,术后发音清楚,与人交流无障碍,面部外形及口腔功能患者较为满意。结论:股前外侧皮瓣复合个性化钛网支架的手术方式修复上颌骨缺损,能够获得较为满意的面部外形与功能,有效地恢复患者吞咽以及语言功能,提高了患者术后的生存质量,可以作为上颌骨缺损修复的一种有效手段。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the anterolateral thigh flap combined with 3D printing personalized titanium mesh stent in the repair of maxillary defects.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 8 patients with maxillary defects who underwent anterolateral thigh flap combined with personalized titanium mesh stent repair in our hospital in 2022.Results:All tissue flaps of the 8 patients survived well,and their facial appearance was symmetrical after surgery.The oral nasal cavity and maxillary sinus were completely closed,and their postoperative pronunciation was clear.Communication with people was unobstructed,and the patients were satisfied with their facial appearance and oral function.Conclusion:The surgical method of combining the anterolateral thigh flap with personalized titanium mesh stent to repair maxillary defects can achieve satisfactory facial appearance and function,effectively restore swallowing and language function of patients,improve their postoperative quality of life,and can be an effective method for repairing maxillary defects.
