摘 要:历来治中国文学批评史者,几乎都以陈钟凡1927年出版的《中国文学批评史》为第一部批评史著作。其实,早在1922年范祎便发表了《中国的文学批评家》,该文实为中国文学批评史的发轫之作。范文长期为学界所忽视,为了全面发掘此文的独特价值,本文先钩稽范祎的生平与著作;次则以范文为中心,放在中国文学批评史的学术脉络中去审视其意义;最后对范祎的文化情怀做出理解之剖析。该文前承以《四库全书总目》为代表的古典诗文批评,后启陈钟凡等中国文学批评史名著,对于学界重新认识批评史这门学科的早期发生史,具有不可忽视的学术意义。In the history of Chinese literary criticism,Chen Zhongfan's History of Chinese Literary Criticism,which was published in 1927,is considered the first work on the history of literary criticism.In fact,as early as 1922,Fan Yi published China's Literary Critic which is the beginning of the history of Chinese literary criticism.Fan's work has been neglected by academics for a long time.In order to fully explore the unique value of this text,this article first reviews Fan Yi's life and works;secondly,it examines the significance of China's literary critic in the context of academic debates regarding the history of Chinese literary criticism;finally it offers an analysis of Fan Yi's cultural and literary commitments.This research was carried out in the spirit of classical poetry criticism represented by Siku Quanshu Zongmu and is also indebted to the work of Chen Zhongfan and other modern scholarship on the history of Chinese literary criticism.It is hoped to rectify a gap in extant literary historiographies and inspire continued inquiry into the earlier and lesser known texts in this tradition.
