摘　　要：新安医学是具有浓郁地域特色的重要中医医学流派之一。新安医家深研医家经典之理,考据严谨,师古而不泥古,善于融会贯通,推陈出新,并由此提出了一系列具有科学价值的学术观点和理论临床创见,且仍被沿用至今,达到了继承与创新的有机统合。新安医家通过临床经验的积累与总结,对肺系疾病的病因病机、治法方药等方面均有其独特的见解,丰富了诊治肺系疾病的思路与方法。本文对新安医家在诊治肺系疾病方面的不同治法做初步探讨。Xin’an medicine is one of the important traditional Chinese medicine schools with strong regional characteristics.Xin’an doctors have deeply studied medical classics,rigorous textual research,learned from the past without muddling with the past,and are good at integrating the old and bringing out the new.As a result,they have put forward a series of academic viewpoints and theoretical and clinical innovations with scientific value,which are still used today,achieving the level of inheritance.Organic integration with innovation.Through the accumulation and summary of clinical experience,Xin’an doctors have unique insights into the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods and prescriptions of pulmonary diseases,which have enriched the ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases.This article makes a preliminary discussion on the different treatment methods of Xin’an doctors in diagnosing and treating pulmonary diseases.
