摘　　要：牙周炎是口腔科常见的疾病,若治疗不及时,会出现牙周附着丧失,最终导致牙周组织缺损甚至牙齿脱落。引导性组织再生术(GTR)是解决牙周组织缺损,促进牙周组织生长的常用手段之一,但其治疗效果同选择何种生物屏障膜有密切关系。传统的生物屏障膜在机械强度、生物相容性及降解性等方面表现不甚满意。现今,随着技术的不断发展,一些新的多功能性的生物屏障膜接连上市,且大量临床实践证实较传统生物屏障膜优势十分明显。文章通过查询知网、万方、pubmed及Scopu等国内外大型数据库,从传统生物屏障膜的不足以及新的多功能性生物屏障膜的材料、功能、技术及应用等方面展开综述,旨在为GTR提供新的治疗手段和借鉴。Periodontitis is a common disease in stomatology.If it is not treated in time,it will lead to loss of periodontal attachment,and eventually lead to periodontal tissue defect and even tooth loss.Guided tissue regeneration(GTR)is one of the common methods to solve periodontal tissue defects and promote periodontal tissue growth,but its therapeutic effect is closely related to the selection of biological barrier membrane.The traditional biological barrier membrane is not satisfactory in terms of mechanical strength,biocompatibility and degradability.Nowadays,with the continuous development of technology,some new multifunctional biological barrier membranes have been listed one after another,and a large number of clinical practices have proved that they have obvious advantages over traditional biological barrier membranes.This article reviews the deficiencies of traditional biological barrier membranes and the materials,functions,technologies and applications of new multifunctional biological barrier membranes by querying large databases at home and abroad,such as HowNet,Wanfang,pubmed and Scopu,in order to provide new treatment methods and references for GTR.
