脑欣康对非痴呆型脑小血管病认知障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的探究脑欣康对非痴呆型脑小血管病认知障碍的影响。方法选择60例脑小血管病合并非痴呆型认知障碍的患者,用随机数字表法分成2组,各30例。2组均予基础治疗,在此基础上对照组给予艾地苯醌片,治疗组给予脑欣康,观察2种治疗方案的疗效。结果治疗后,2组MoCA评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组MMSE评分、ADL评分、中医证候积分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分总有效率比较,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑欣康治疗非痴呆型脑小血管病认知障碍的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的认知障碍,提高患者生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of Naoxinkang on cognitive impairment of non-dementia cerebrovascular disease.Methods 60 patients with non-dementia cognitive impairment in small vessel disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given idebenone tablets,and the treatment group was given Naoxinkang.The curative effects of the two treatment schemes were observed.Results After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in MoCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05),while there were statistically significant differences in MMSE scores,ADL scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Naoxinkang has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cognitive impairment of non-dementia cerebrovascular disease.It can effectively improve the cognitive impairment and the quality of life of patients,and has a high safety.
