摘  要:非煤系地层瓦斯产生源相对难以确定,瓦斯释放具有随机性、不均匀性的特点,使瓦斯突出的防治更加困难。基于属性识别理论建立了非煤系地层隧道瓦斯突出的风险评价体系。根据典型性和可操作性原则,选取8个因素作为非煤地层瓦斯突出的风险评价指标,构造属性测度函数计算评价指标的属性测度,采用模糊层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,再根据计算得到的多指标综合属性测度,应用置信度准则对隧道的瓦斯突出风险进行识别。运用所提出的属性评估系统对某隧道施工前的瓦斯突出风险进行了评价,评价结果与实际情况的一致性验证了所建立的风险评价体系的适用性。该评价体系对非煤层隧道瓦斯突出的风险评估及灾害防治具有重要意义。As the gas source in non-coal strata is relatively difficult to be determined,the gas emission in non-coal formation has the characteristics of randomicity and inhomogeneity.As a result,it is more difficult to prevent gas outburst in non-coal strata.A system for assessing gas outburst risk in tunnels in non-coal strata is established using attribute recognition method.Based on the principle of typicality and operability,eight factors controlling gas outburst in non-coal strata were selected as the risk evaluation indices.The attribute measure functions were constructed to calculate single index attribute measures for each evaluation index.The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process was applied to determine weights for evaluation indices.Then,a confidence criterion was applied to recognize the risk level of gas outburst in tunnels after the multiple indices synthetic attribute measure was obtained.The proposed system was applied to assess the gas outburst risk in a tunnel in non-coal strata.The risk assessment results were in agreement with the practical situations,indicating that the gas outburst risk assessment system proposed in this paper was with applicability.The gas outburst risk assessment system proposed in this paper is of great importance for assessing the risk and preventing the occurrence of gas outburst in tunnels in non-coal strata.
