共同富裕目标下乡村职业教育助力防返贫的贡献测度研究

摘　　要：乡村职业教育作为国家教育体系中的重要组成部分,是阻断贫困代际传递的重要推手,在防返贫过程中发挥着重要作用。以熵权法为基础,通过31个省份近6年数据处理分析各地区防返贫水平,并通过柯布—道格拉斯生产函数进行测算发现,乡村职业教育对防返贫贡献率为15.89%,并对各地区贡献率进行有效分析发现,各地区乡村职业教育对防返贫贡献率差异化明显;乡村职业教育资金投入对防返贫效果具有显著帮助;防返贫指数增长率与贡献率不同步。因此,建议加强乡村职业教育投入;调整乡村职业教育布局;加强对贫困家庭帮扶;实现乡村职业教育与就业、产业协同发展。Rural Vocational education,as an integral part of the national education system,serves as a pivotal driver in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty and plays a decisive role in preventing any return to poverty.This study based on the entropy weight method,the data of 31 provinces in the past 6 years is used to assess the level of poverty recurrence prevention in each region,and the Cobb-Douglas production function is used to measure it.It is found that the contribution rate of rural vocational education reaches up to 15.89%.Moreover,a comprehensive analysis of the contribution rates in dfferent regions is conducted.The results show that the contribution rate of rural vocational education to poverty recurrence prevention varies significantly across these regions.The investment in rural vocational education has a significant impact on poverty recurrence prevention,and the growth rate of the poverty recurrence prevention index is not in line with the contribution rate.Consequently,it is suggested to reinforce investment in rural vocational education,optimize its spatial distribution,strengthen support for impoverished households,and foster synergies between education,employment and industries.
