扶正口服液联合安罗替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察扶正口服液联合安罗替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法 将符合标准的60例患者采用安罗替尼治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为对照组、治疗组,每组30例,对照组予以安罗替尼口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加服扶正口服液,观察2组患者的疗效、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗4周期后,2组疾病控制率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后的KPS评分均优于治疗前,但2组KPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 扶正口服液能增强安罗替尼对非小细胞肺癌患者的肿瘤抑制效果,减少安罗替尼相关的贫血等不良反应,并提高患者生存质量,对患者的抗肿瘤治疗具有积极意义。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng oral liquid combined with anlotinib in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with anlotinib were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given anlotinib orally,and the treatment group was given Fuzheng oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results After 4 cycles of treatment,the difference in disease control rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS scores of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were better than those of the group before treatment,but there was no significant difference in KPS scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.Conclusion Fuzheng oral liquid can enhance the tumor inhibition effect of anlotinib on patients with non-small cell lung cancer,reduce anlotinib-related anemia and other adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients,which has positive significance for anti-tumor treatment of patients.
