摘 要:皮肤癌是临床中皮肤科常见的恶性肿瘤,以皮肤恶性黑色素瘤(cutaneous malignant melanoma,CM)侵袭性最强。随着人们生活习惯的改变,黑色素瘤的发病率逐渐升高,其发病主要与紫外线辐射引起黑色素细胞突变有关,具有极强的免疫原性,研究CM的发生发展机制对于疾病的治疗至关重要。对皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的免疫治疗及其相关作用机制的研究进行了综述,以期为黑色素瘤的治疗提供新的思路。Skin cancer is a common malignant tumor in dermatology in clinical practice,and among which cutaneous malignant melanoma(CM)is the most aggressive one.With the change of people's lifestyle,the incidence of melanoma is gradually increasing,and its development is mainly related to the mutation of melanocytes caused by ultraviolet radiation,which is extremely immunogenicity,and the study of the mechanism of CM development is crucial for the treatment of the disease.This article reviewed the research on immunotherapy of cutaneous malignant melanoma and its related mechanisms of action,with the aim of providing a new way of thinking about the treatment of melanoma.
