摘 要:湿地生态系统为生物物种提供生存与繁衍的场所,发挥了重要的生物多样性支持功能。生态环境损害鉴定评估中,生物多样性损害的量化评估是工作的重点与难点。以S河口湿地生态环境损害为研究案例,针对湿地生物多样性损害,综合运用等值分析法、恢复费用法,对生物多样性损害价值进行评估。通过对生态恢复方案进行比选,以自然恢复为主,人工恢复为辅的恢复方案作为最优方案,计算生态系统服务功能期间损害,确定补偿性恢复量。通过计算基本恢复和补偿性恢复工程概算,得出S河口湿地生物多样性损害价值量为7.38亿元。Wetland ecosystems play an important role in biodiversity support by providing habitats for the survival and reproduction of wildlife.The quantitative assessment of biodiversity damage value is the key in the assessment of ecological environmental damage.This study takes the ecological environmental damage of S estuary wetland biodiversity as a case study,using the method of recovery costs based on equivalence analysis to evaluate the biodiversity damage.By comparison and analysis of the ecological restoration plans,the natural restoration supplemented by artificial restoration was selected.The interim damage and the scale of compensatory restoration was calculated.The value of ecological environment damage was estimated to be 738 million yuanby calculating the cost of basic restoration and compensatory restoration.
