述情障碍对郑州市某高校医学生网络道德失范行为的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨述情障碍对郑州市某高校医学生网络道德失范行为的影响,为探讨医学生网络道德失范行为产生原因及其预防与干预提供理论依据。方法:选取郑州市某高校797名医学生作为研究对象,使用多伦多述情障碍问卷、大学生网络道德判断问卷、生命意义感量表和大学生网络道德失范行为量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:述情障碍、网络道德判断、生命意义感和网络道德失范行为之间均呈显著相关。述情障碍能够显著正向预测网络道德失范行为(β=0.17,t=5.98,P<0.001)。网络道德判断能够在述情障碍和网络道德失范行为之间起部分中介作用(β=0.19,t=6.63,P<0.001;β=0.12,t=3.86,P<0.001)。生命意义感调节了述情障碍对网络道德失范行为的直接效应(β=-0.06,t=-2.16,P<0.01)。结论:述情障碍不仅能够直接影响网络道德失范行为,并且能够通过网络道德判断的中介作用间接影响网络道德失范行为,生命意义感能够缓冲述情障碍对网络道德失范行为的影响作用。Objective:To explore the influence of narrative disorder on the network moral misconduct behavior of medical students in a college in Zhengzhou City,so as to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the causes of network moral misconduct behavior of medical students as well as its prevention and intervention.Methods:797 medical students from a university in Zhengzhou City were selected to complete the Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS),the College Students Network Moral Judgment Questionnaire,the Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ)and Network Anomie Behavior Scale for College Students(NABSCS).Results:There were significant correlations among alexithymia,network moral judgment,sense of meaning in life significance and network moral anomie behavior.Alexithymia can significantly and positively predict network moral anomie behavior(β=0.17,t=5.98,P<0.001).Network moral judgment played a partial mediating role in the relationship between alexithymia and network moral anomie behavior(β=0.19,t=6.63,P<0.001;β=0.12,t=3.86,P<0.001).The sense of meaning in life regulates the direct effect of alexithymia on network moral anomie behavior(β=-0.06,t=-2.16,P<0.01).Conclusion:Alexithymia can not only directly affect network moral anomie behavior,but also indirectly affect network addiction through the network moral judgment.The sense of meaning in life can buffer the influence of alexithymia on network moral anomie behavior.Therefore,we should pay attention to the construction of the mental health education system of medical students and strengthen the life education of medical students.
