文化嵌入视角下高校在校生校友意识培养机制研究

摘　　要：校友是高校发展的重要群体和资源,在校生校友意识培养对开展校友工作具有基础性的重要意义。校友意识主要体现在对学校的认同感和归属感等文化价值,不同学历、不同年级的在校生校友意识程度和培养需求存在明显差异,校友意识程度与在校生的个人认知程度、接受教育程度、社会接触程度等方面相关,可具体划分为萌芽期、成长期、强化期和成熟期。由此可见,高校在校生校友意识培养应贯穿于在校期间的学习成长周期阶段,即入学适应阶段、学习科研阶段、实习实践阶段、毕业就业阶段4个时期。该文基于文化嵌入视角,根据不同年级阶段在校生特征和需求,凝练总结出“文化嵌入式”校友意识培养机制,对今后校友工作开展具有一定指导意义。Alumni are an important group and resource for the development of universities,and the cultivation of alumni awareness among students is of fundamental importance for carrying out alumni work.Alumni awareness is mainly reflected in cultural values such as a sense of identification and belonging to the school.There are significant differences in the level of alumni awareness and training needs of students with different educational backgrounds and grades.The level of alumni awareness is related to students'personal cognitive level,education level,social contact level,and other aspects.It can be specifically divided into the embryonic stage,growth stage,strengthening stage,and mature stage.From this,it can be concluded that the cultivation of alumni awareness among college students should run through the learning and growth cycle stages during their school years,namely the admission adaptation stage,the learning and research stage,the internship and practical stage,and the graduation and employment stage.Based on the perspective of cultural embeddedness and based on the characteristics and needs of students in different grades and stages,a mechanism for cultivating"cultural embeddedness"alumni awareness is summarized,which has certain guiding significance for the future development of alumni work.
