摘　　要：目的:旨在探讨阿尔茨海默病患者、遗忘性认知功能障碍的血脂水平与认知功能的关系。方法:从新疆医科大学附属中医医院阿尔茨海默病数据库中根据纳入排除标准筛选的患者及同时期体检中心病人为研究对象。根据诊断标准分为AD组、a MCI组和认知功能正常组(对照组),调查血脂水平,采用Spearman法分析AD患者认知功能与血脂的相关性;采用有序Logistic回归分析AD血脂的影响因素。结果:(1)按CDR分层后患者在年龄、TC、TG、LDL-C的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)有序Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、BMI、高血压、TC、TG、LDL-C与认知功能程度相关。结论:年龄、BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C与阿尔茨海默病谱系认知障碍有相关性。Objective:The aim is to explore the relationship between blood lipid levels and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer's disease spectrum.Methods:Patients selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from the Alzheimer's disease database of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and patients in the same period physical examination center were selected as the control group as the research subjects.According to diagnostic criteria,AD patients were divided into AD group,aMCI group,and cognitive function normal group(control group).Blood lipid levels were investigated,and the Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between cognitive function and blood lipids in AD patients;Using ordered logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of blood lipids in AD.Results:(1)There were statistically significant differences in age,TC,TG,and LDL-C among patients stratified by CDR(P<0.05).(2)The results of ordered logistic regression analysis showed that age,BMI,hypertension,TC,TG,LDL-C were correlated with the degree of cognitive function.Conclusion:Age,BMI,TC,TG,LDL-C are correlated with cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease spectrum.
