新时代地方党校图书馆服务质量提升路径探析——以中共湛江市委党校为例

摘　　要：党校图书馆是党校“为党育才、为党献策”的信息库,是党校的重要组成部分。提升地方党校图书馆服务质量,有助于创建书香校园,提升地方党校的品牌形象,提高地方党员干部的综合素质,推动地方高质量发展。该文以中共湛江市委党校图书馆为例,坚持问题导向,在深入调查的基础上,针对目前图书馆数字图书服务不足、纸质图书服务不到位、多功能文化服务缺乏、馆员服务能力有待提高等问题,探析更新图书服务理念、优化馆藏资源服务、优化读者空间体验、开展多样文化活动、加强专业人才培养等服务质量提升路径。The Party School Library is an important component of the Party School,serving as an information repository for cultivating talents and providing suggestions for the Party.Improving the service quality of local party school libraries helps to create a scholarly campus,enhance the brand image of local party schools,improve the comprehensive quality of local party members and cadres,and promote high-quality local development.This article takes the Party School of CPC Zhanjiang Municipal Committee as an example,adhering to a problem oriented approach,and based on in-depth investigation,in response to the current problems of insufficient digital book services,inadequate paper book services,lack of multi-functional cultural services,and the need to improve the service ability of librarians,this article explores the paths to improve service quality:updating book service concepts,optimizing collection resource services,optimizing reader space experiences,and carrying out diverse cultural activities Strengthen the cultivation of professional talents,etc.
