摘　　要：目的探讨VECTOR牙周治疗仪联合高强纤维带对重度牙周炎伴牙齿松动患者牙周情况、口腔功能及美观度的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年9月来我院就诊的60例重度牙周炎伴牙齿松动患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(30例,刮治术联合高强纤维带治疗)及观察组(30例,VECTOR牙周治疗仪联合高强纤维带治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)及牙龈指数(GI)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的咬合力及咀嚼效率均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的固定功能、咀嚼功能、发音功能及舒适度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的红色美学指数(PES)、白色美学指数(WES)评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VECTOR牙周治疗仪联合高强纤维带治疗可改善重度牙周炎伴牙齿松动患者的牙周情况及口腔功能,提高口腔美观度,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of VECTOR periodontal therapy instrument combined with high-strength fiber band on periodontal condition,oral function and aesthetics in patients with severe periodontitis and tooth loosening.Methods From January 2021 to September 2022,60 patients with severe periodontitis and tooth loosening in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,curettage combined with high-strength fiber band treatment)and observation group(30 cases,VECTOR periodontal therapy instrument combined with high-strength fiber band treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bite force and chewing efficiency of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fixed function,chewing function,pronunciation function and comfort degree in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pink Esthetic Score(PES)and White Esthetic Score(WES)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion VECTOR periodontal therapy instrument combined with high-strength fiber band can improve the periodontal condition and oral function of patients with severe periodontitis and tooth loosening,and improve the oral aesthetics,which has significant curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
