摘 要:学习型社会是人全面发展的重要载体,国家高质量发展离不开人的全面发展,而图书馆社会服务模式创新能有效推动学习型社会建立。国内图书馆在这方面作出了部分尝试,但模式创新程度尚不能满足当前学习型社会建立的需要。文章以澳大利亚国家图书馆相关实践为例,详述澳大利亚公共图书馆的社会实践过程和社会服务流程,阐释其社会服务实践方式与服务效益,剖析其运营策略调整机理,总结出乡村服务、居家服务、社区营销服务三种服务创新模式,并以此启迪我国公共图书馆社会服务的创新策略。Learning society is an important carrier of people's all-round development.The high-quality development of the country is inseparable from the all-round development of people,and the innovation of library social service model can effectively promote the establishment of learning society.Domestic libraries have made some attempts in this regard,but the degree of model innovation can not meet the needs of the current establishment of a learning society.Taking the relevant practice of the National Library of Australia as an example,this paper elaborates the social practice process and social service process of Australian public libraries,explains their social service practice methods and service benefits,analyzes their operation strategy adjustment mechanism,and summarizes three service innovation models of rural service,home service and community marketing service,so as to enlighten the innovation strategy of social service of public libraries in China.
