摘 要:氢燃料电池物流汽车具有零排放、行驶里程长、燃料加注快等特点。近年来,随着技术的进步,燃料电池物流汽车已趋于市场化。文章介绍了燃料电池与蓄电池混合驱动、纯燃料电池驱动、燃料电池与超级电容驱动、燃料电池与蓄电池和超级电容混合驱动等多种驱动模式,燃料电池总成及附件系统,基于规则的控制策略和优化的能量管理策略,以及PID控制和Fuzzy–PID控制;分析了其优缺点并进行对比,确定了最优的动力系统模式。为氢燃料电池物流汽车的发展方向和关键技术问题的方案选取提出思路和参考。Hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles have the characteristics of zero emissions,long driving range,and fast fuel filling.In recent years,with the advancement of technology,fuel cell logistics vehicles have become more market–oriented.This paper introduced various driving modes such as hybrid drive of fuel cell and battery,pure fuel cell drive,fuel cell and ultracapacitor drive,and hybrid drive of fuel cell and battery and ultracapacitor;Fuel cell assembly and accessory system;Rule–based control strategies and optimization based energy management strategies;The PID control and Fuzzy–PID control were compared and analyzed to determine the optimal power system mode.This paper provides ideas and references for the development direction of hydrogen fuel cell logistics vehicles and the selection of key technical problems.
