摘  要:学前教师资源的合理配置是民族地区学前教育实现高质量发展的核心。本研究基于新疆M县71所幼儿园教师资源调研数据,运用Smart 3.0软件构建县域内学前教师资源配置水平PLS结构方程模型。结果发现,县域内学前教师资源配置整体水平呈现“县级园所>村级园所>乡级园所”的不平衡样貌。其中,县级园所教师数量配置水平偏低,乡级园所教师资源配置水平整体偏弱,村级园所教师资源配置水平园际差异大;县域内教师资源配置水平均衡性呈现县、乡、村三级行政区域组间均衡性高于组内均衡性,村级园所园际差异大是造成组内均衡性低的主要原因。为进一步提升学前教师资源配置水平,亟待达成供需生态平衡,解决教师资源供给问题;明确发展定位,促成乡园教师资源整体提升;探寻适宜生态位,解惑村级园所个性化发展。The reasonable allocation of preschool teacher resources is the core of achieving high-quality development in preschool education.The study was based on the research data of 71 kindergarten teachers’resources in M County,Xinjiang,and used Smart 3.0 software to construct the PLS structural equation model of preschool teachers’resource allocation level in the county.It was found that the overall level of preschool teachers’resource allocation in the county showed an unbalanced pattern of“county kindergartens>village kindergartens>rural kindergartens”.The allocation level of teachers at county kindergartens is low in quantity,the allocation level of teachers at village kindergartens is weak,and the allocation level of teachers at rural kindergartens has large inter-campus differences.The balance of teacher allocation level in the county area shows a high inter-regional balance and a low intra-regional balance.The main reason for the low balance within the region is the large inter-group differences in rural kindergartens.In order to further improve teacher resource allocation,it is necessary to achieve an ecological balance between supply and demand and solve the problem of teacher resource supply.
