摘　　要：阐述了供应链管理与生产计划管理及两者之间的关系,在供应链管理环境下生产计划管理应与供应链管理相互协同,总结了生产计划执行与控制的措施,提出了生产计划管理的优化与改进。实践表明,供应链理论对现代企业的生产计划管理具有指导作用,可优化企业资源配置,促进企业生产经营实现可持续性发展。The article describes the supply chain management and production plan management and the relationship between the two,in the supply chain management environment,production plan management should be synergistic with the supply chain management,summarizes the production plan implementation and control measures,puts forward the optimization and improvement of the production plan management.Practice has proved that the supply chain theory has a guiding role in the production plan management of modern enterprises,which can optimize the allocation of enterprise resources and promote the production and operation of enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
