低碳背景下制造企业经济管理创新发展路径探索

摘　　要：针对当前我国制造企业发展“瓶颈”问题,本文引入PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面,对低碳背景下制造企业发展现状进行了总结和分析,并根据当前的状况,探索制造企业经济管理创新发展路径,并提出相关建议。研究表明,在国家大力推动制造产业绿色低碳发展的背景下,我国制造业虽然面临产业附加值较低、节能减排技术落后、核心技术不足,且自主创新能力较弱等状况,但总体来说,依然是挑战与机遇并存。针对上述问题,本文从践行绿色发展理念、增加智能化技术投入、调整企业管理体系和实现企业高端跃迁等方面提出建议措施,为我国制造企业经济管理创新发展探索路径。Aiming at the current"bottleneck"problem of the development of manufacturing enterprises in China,this paper introduces the PEST analysis method,summarises and analyses the current situation of the development of manufacturing enterprises in the low-carbon background from four aspects:politics,economy,society and technology,and explores the development path of economic management innovation of manufacturing enterprises according to the current situation and puts forward relevant suggestions.Suggestions.The study shows that,under the background of the country vigorously promoting the green and low-carbon development of manufacturing industry,China's manufacturing industry,although facing the situation of low industrial added value,backward energy-saving and emission reduction technology,insufficient core technology,and weak independent innovation ability,in general,it is still both challenges and opportunities.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions and measures from practicing the concept of green development,increasing the input of intelligent technology,adjusting the enterprise management system and realising the high-end leap of the enterprise,etc.,to explore the path of economic management innovation and development for China's manufacturing enterprises.
