摘  要:在推进共同富裕和经济高质量发展背景下,物流企业的社会责任不容忽视。通过分析2010—2019沪深A股上市的236家企业数据,实证分析组织惰性与高管薪酬对物流企业社会责任的影响。研究发现:高管薪酬促进物流企业社会责任承担,物流企业内部组织惰性阻碍其承担社会责任。基于研究结论,为推动物流企业积极履行社会责任,完善组织结构提出相关建议。In the context of promoting common prosperity and high-quality economic development,the social responsibility of logistics enterprises cannot be ignored.By analyzing the data of 236 enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2010 to 2019,we empirically analyze the influence of organizational inertia and executive compensation on the social responsibility of logistics enterprises.It is found that executive compensation promotes social responsibility of logistics enterprises,and organizational inertia within logistics enterprises hinders them from taking social responsibility.Based on the findings of the study,relevant suggestions are made to promote logistics enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibility and improve their organizational structure.
